Last updated: June 22, 2026 ## 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Noesis (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. ## 2. Description of Service Noesis is an AI-powered research assistant that allows users to create branching conversations, organise ideas into spaces, and explore topics through threaded, non-linear chat. The Service is provided by Orbital. ## 3. User Accounts * You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. * You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. * You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. * You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. ## 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to: * Violate any applicable laws or regulations * Generate, store, or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content * Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems * Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service * Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service * Use the Service to build a competing product or service ## 5. Intellectual Property **Your content:** You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including conversations, branches, and organisational structures. **Our service:** Noesis, its design, code, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Orbital. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit permission. ## 6. AI-Generated Content Noesis uses third-party AI models to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely on AI responses as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before acting on it. ## 7. Subscription & Payments * Noesis offers free and paid tiers. * You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. * We reserve the right to change pricing without any notice. * Refunds are not provided. Please refer to our [Refund Policy](/legal/refund) for details. ## 8. Service Availability We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime. ## 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noesis and Orbital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. ## 10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data before account deletion. ## 11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. ## 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms of Service and your use of Noesis shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. ## 13.
