- Usage data: Your conversations, chat sessions, spaces, and branching structures created within Noesis.
- Technical data: Browser type, device information, IP address, and general usage analytics collected via Vercel Analytics.

- To provide and maintain the Noesis service
- To process your conversations through AI models
- To improve the quality and performance of our service
- To communicate with you about updates and changes
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Convex, a modern backend platform with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.4. Third-Party Services
Noesis integrates with the following third-party services:- Clerk — for authentication and user management
- Convex — for backend data storage and real-time sync
- AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI) — to process your conversations
- Stripe — for secure payment processing and billing management. We do not store or collect your payment details directly.
- Vercel Analytics — for anonymous usage analytics
5. Children’s Privacy
Noesis is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.6. Your Rights
