1. Strict “No Refunds” Policy

Due to the significant server resources, computation power, and API costs involved in generating real-time AI responses, branching thought maps, and managing context nodes, Noesis does not offer refunds or credits for any subscriptions or purchases. Once a payment is processed for a billing cycle (monthly or yearly), it is final and non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods or unused credits.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:
  • You will continue to have full access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not renew, and no further automatic charges will be made.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next renewal date if you wish to avoid billing for the subsequent cycle.

3. Try Before You Buy

We want you to be completely confident that Noesis fits your research and mapping workflow. To help you evaluate the service, we offer a robust free tier (Origin) that lets you explore branching logic, save threads, and test the interface with basic queries before deciding to upgrade to a paid subscription.

4. Payment & Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, experienced a duplicate transaction, or encountered an issue with your payment transaction, please contact us immediately at support@thinknoesis.xyz. We will investigate the issue and process corrections where a technical or billing error occurred on our part.
